A few things you may be wondering.
Do I need Trovve to buy a website?
No. Your website works on its own and sends inquiries to your chosen inbox. Trovve is an optional way to manage leads and follow-up.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
Only if you want to connect your website inquiries to Trovve. The website itself does not require Microsoft 365.
Will you write the content?
Yes. We draft your included pages using your firm’s information. Your attorney reviews the content for accuracy and approves it before launch.
Can you replace our current website?
Yes. We review it first and agree on what to keep, change, and move. Larger websites or complex migrations may need a separate quote.
Will the website show up on Google?
We set up the basics that help search engines find and understand your pages. Rankings and traffic depend on your market, content, competition, and ongoing marketing. We do not promise a particular Google position.
What happens if we want changes?
You get two rounds of changes before launch. After launch, Hosting + Care includes up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted first.
Do we own the website?
After full payment, you own the website deliverables covered by our agreement. Your domain stays in your name. Any third-party tools, fonts, or images keep their own license terms.
Do we have to host with you?
No. Your first year of hosting is included, but you can choose another compatible provider. Tell us before we start so we can check the setup. Hosting elsewhere does not change the website price.
What if we want to move our website later?
Once your website is fully paid for, we can provide the files and setup instructions for another compatible host. Your domain and analytics accounts stay in your firm’s name. We provide a standard handover without an exit fee. Your new provider may charge for moving the site.
Can we keep Clio or our current case-management system?
Yes. Buying a website does not require changing your case-management system. Any requested connections are reviewed separately.
